Congratulations on winning one of our competitions! Below are the terms and conditions for the prize you have recieved:

Due to being based in the Fylde Coast, the limit in distance is within the Lancashire Area, unless it is agreed that the winner/s agree to pay extra for travel cost fees. 

Unless is stated in the Competition Prize, photo Prints or Canvases are not included. Winners are welcome to Purchase Prints or Canvases at their own cost upon discussion and agreement with the photographer in a signed contract. 

Location of photoshoots are limited to either at the winners home with our location studio or in an agreed outdoor location. Photoshoots will Not be in a studio unless winner agrees to pay extra fees for hiring a photography studio, the studio used will only be selected by a member of Hill's Photography to keep to the photographers required needs.

The number of photographs given for a family photoshoot are up to 4 photographs and no more. The photographer reserves and attains the rights to select the photographs given to the clients, this is not for the winners to select themselves.

Copyright of photographs belong to Hill's Photography. Copyright can be purchased by the client for £500 per photograph. 

Winners have up to 2 months to use their prize, if this goes over the 2 month slot then the prize is then made null and void and the photographer is under no obligation to do the photoshoot stated in the prize after the deadline.

Prizes can Not be Exchanged for other services from the photographer and cannot be exchanged for money value. 

Prizes cannot be transferred to another individual/s, the prize can only be used by the winner who's name will be stated on the voucher.
